1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, where you represent a label or business, be authorised to act on its behalf. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must enter the agreement with us.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Information provided during onboarding must be accurate and kept up to date, since it determines where and how your music is credited.

3. Content warranties

By submitting audio, artwork or metadata you confirm that you own it or hold the express written permission required to distribute it, including all underlying compositions, samples, features and artwork elements. You further confirm that the release does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful material.

You retain ownership of your master recordings and compositions. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to deliver, store, administer and report on your releases with the platforms you select, for as long as the release remains in distribution.

4. Release review

All submissions are reviewed for compliance with platform requirements before delivery. We may reject or return a release for artwork, audio quality, metadata or rights reasons. Review does not constitute a legal clearance or an assurance that the release will be accepted by every platform.

5. Platform availability

Delivery to a platform depends on that platform's own policies, catalogue reviews and technical requirements. Platforms may decline, remove or modify listings at their discretion. We do not guarantee that a release will appear on a specific store, within a specific timeframe, or remain available indefinitely.

6. Fees and revenue

The standard distribution plan has no upfront fee. Any revenue share, add-on or premium service is disclosed before you submit a release. Reported earnings depend on platform statements, which typically appear one to three months after streaming activity. Withdrawals are subject to the applicable threshold, verification and payout policy.

7. Prohibited content

We do not distribute material that infringes copyright, contains uncleared samples or unauthorised cover versions, promotes violence or hatred, contains unlawful content, or is designed to manipulate streaming numbers. Accounts involved in artificial streaming or fraud are subject to suspension and loss of accrued earnings where permitted by law.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content distributed through our service infringes your rights, submit a notice to support@geetsuno.com with the details described in our Copyright Policy. We may remove or suspend the affected release while a complaint is investigated.

9. Termination

You may request the removal of your catalogue at any time. Removal is passed to the platforms, which may take several weeks to process. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, or presents a legal or reputational risk to the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, lost opportunity or reputational damage arising from platform decisions, delivery delays or cataloguing errors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as our services or the applicable rules change. The revision date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
